Jillionaire360

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 30, 2026
Operated by Jillionaire360

Welcome to Jillionaire360!

Jillionaire360 is a registered fictitious name of Argentine Enthusiast LLC (“Jillionaire360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jillionaire360 website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Jillionaire360.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. The Service

Jillionaire360 is a subscription-based financial management platform designed to help users organize, understand, and monitor their financial information in one place.

The Service allows you to connect eligible financial accounts through trusted third-party providers, including Plaid and, where available, SnapTrade, to securely access financial information on a read-only basis.

Jillionaire360:

  • does not move or transfer money;
  • does not execute trades or investment transactions;
  • does not act as a bank, broker, credit provider, or money transmitter;
  • does not hold customer funds; and
  • does not provide investment management services.

The Service is intended to provide information, organization, and financial insights only.

2. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Jillionaire360 is an informational software platform.

The information, calculations, reports, insights, forecasts, financial targets, and other content made available through the Service— including responses generated by the “Ask Jill” AI assistant—are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.

Jillionaire360 is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, accountant, attorney, or fiduciary.

Any financial calculations, projections, emergency fund recommendations, financial independence estimates, or similar figures displayed by the Service are generated using the information available to the platform and should be treated as estimates only. They may not reflect your complete financial circumstances and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making financial decisions.

The “Ask Jill” AI assistant generates responses automatically using artificial intelligence based on the information and documents you choose to provide. Any documents or files you upload are used solely to generate the requested response. Uploaded documents are stored only temporarily while they are processed, are automatically deleted by Jillionaire360 after processing is complete, and are not retained by Jillionaire360. Information submitted to the AI assistant is processed through Anthropic’s API for the sole purpose of generating your response, is not used to train Anthropic’s AI models, and is deleted from Anthropic’s systems within thirty (30) days under Anthropic’s commercial service terms.

The AI assistant is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Its responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances. You should not rely on AI-generated responses, uploaded document analysis, financial calculations, or other information provided by the Service as financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You remain solely responsible for evaluating the information provided and for any decisions you make based upon it.

You remain solely responsible for evaluating your financial situation and for any decisions you make. Before making important financial, investment, legal, or tax decisions, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

3. Eligibility and Your Account

To use the Service, you must:

  • be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
  • provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • restricting access to your account;
  • ensuring that your contact information remains current; and
  • all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our negligence or unauthorized access to our systems.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify us immediately.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and available plans will be presented to you before you subscribe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees and taxes.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period;
  • your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before renewal;
  • you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; and
  • cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect the remainder of your current paid subscription period.

Refunds and the 30-Day Guarantee

Your first payment for a Jillionaire360 subscription, monthly or annual, is protected by our 30-day guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial charge, we will refund that first payment in full. The guarantee applies to the first payment only and may be used once per customer. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges; outside the 30-day guarantee, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. To request a refund, contact us using the contact information in these Terms from the email address on your account.

5. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services

The Service relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver certain features.

These providers currently include, among others:

  • Plaid for bank account connectivity;
  • SnapTrade (where available) for brokerage and investment account connectivity;
  • Stripe for payment processing; and
  • Anthropic for AI-generated responses through the “Ask Jill” feature.

Your use of these third-party services may also be subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Although we carefully select our service providers, we do not control their services and are not responsible for:

  • interruptions or outages affecting third-party services;
  • delays in syncing account information;
  • information supplied by financial institutions;
  • the availability of financial institutions supported by Plaid or SnapTrade; or
  • changes made by third-party providers that affect the Service.

We may add, replace, or discontinue third-party service providers as the Service evolves.

6. The Life Vault and Post-Death Release

The Life Vault is an optional feature of the Service that allows you to store documents, contact information, and other important records in encrypted form and, if you choose, to designate one person to receive selected Life Vault information after your death.

Life Vault files are encrypted before or as they are stored, using the encrypted-with-controlled-decryption model described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Recipient Designation

Designating a Life Vault Recipient (shown in the product as your Beneficiary) is a separate, affirmative action with its own written authorization, which you sign electronically. You choose which categories of Life Vault information are included in a release, and you may change or revoke your designation at any time while you are alive.

A designation authorizes access to information only. It does not transfer ownership of any financial account or asset, determine inheritance rights, appoint an executor or personal representative, or amend any will, trust, beneficiary designation, or other estate-planning document. The Life Vault is not a substitute for a will or other estate planning, and we encourage you to maintain appropriate estate-planning documents.

Passwords and account credentials are never included in any release, even if you store them in your Life Vault.

The Access Key

When you complete a designation, the Service generates an access key for you to give to your Recipient. The access key does not unlock your Life Vault and does not provide access to any information by itself. It only permits the person holding it to begin a claim after your death, and every claim must complete our verification process before anything is released. Jillionaire360 does not retain a copy of the raw access key.

You are responsible for deciding who receives your access key and for keeping your designation current.

Claims, Verification, and Release

A person who begins a claim must provide proof of death, complete identity verification, and attest to the truth of the information they submit. A person at Jillionaire360 reviews every claim before anything is released; no release is automatic.

If a claim is opened during your lifetime, we notify you at your account email address, and you can immediately freeze the claim. Authenticated activity on your account after a claim opens also places the claim on hold.

Jillionaire360 may rely in good faith on information and apparently valid documentation provided by you or by the person claiming access, may request additional documentation, may pause or deny a release upon credible notice of fraud, a dispute, a court proceeding, or a competing claim, and may comply with binding legal process.

Knowingly misrepresenting identity, a member’s death, or any submitted document may constitute fraud, may be reported to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities, and may result in civil or criminal consequences.

An approved release is delivered through a secure, time-limited delivery link sent to the verified claimant. An expired delivery link may be re-issued within a limited claim window; when the claim window closes without delivery, the claim closes.

Before delivery, the recipient must acknowledge that the release provides access to information only and that they are responsible for safeguarding what they receive. Jillionaire360 is not responsible for how a recipient uses or handles information after a lawful release.

Life Vault Data and Account Deletion

Deleting your account deletes your Life Vault contents as described in our Privacy Policy. Claim-related records may be retained after account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy’s Life Vault Claim Evidence Retention and Account Deletion provisions.

No Fiduciary or Estate-Administration Role

The Life Vault does not make Jillionaire360 a fiduciary, trustee, executor, personal representative, or administrator of any estate. Jillionaire360 has no duty to locate any person, initiate any release, or distribute any information after your death except through the claim process described in this section.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, another user’s account, or our systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the Service;
  • upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service without our written permission;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except where permitted by law;
  • use the Service to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; or
  • connect financial accounts that you are not authorized to access.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or our legal rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, reports, calculations, features, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Jillionaire360 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service during your active subscription solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit any part of the Service;
  • modify or create derivative works based on the Service;
  • remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the Service, except where prohibited by law; or
  • use our trademarks, branding, or logos without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to the Service. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display that information solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

  • merchantability;
  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • accuracy;
  • reliability;
  • availability;
  • non-infringement; and
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will always be available without interruption;
  • information received from financial institutions or third-party providers will always be complete, accurate, or current;
  • financial calculations, reports, projections, or AI-generated responses will always be accurate or suitable for your circumstances; or
  • defects or errors will always be corrected immediately.

Because the Service relies on third-party providers such as Plaid, SnapTrade, Stripe, Anthropic, financial institutions, and internet service providers, certain features may occasionally become unavailable or delayed. We are not responsible for interruptions or inaccuracies caused by those third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jillionaire360, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from:

  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business opportunities;
  • loss of savings;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • loss of data;
  • interruption of business;
  • reliance on financial calculations, reports, or AI-generated responses;
  • delays or failures involving financial institutions or third-party providers; or
  • unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by you to Jillionaire360 during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jillionaire360, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • your use or misuse of the Service;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • your infringement of another person’s rights; or
  • information or content that you submit through the Service.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or other legal rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel your subscription or delete your account through your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if we reasonably believe that:

  • you have violated these Terms;
  • you have used the Service in a fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive manner;
  • your use of the Service creates a security risk for us or other users;
  • we are required to do so by law or by a governmental authority; or
  • suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or our business.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before terminating your account, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is necessary.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any payment obligations that arose before termination.

The following provisions will continue to apply after your account is terminated:

  • Intellectual Property;
  • Disclaimers;
  • Limitation of Liability;
  • Indemnification;
  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution; and
  • any other provision that by its nature is intended to survive termination.

The provisions of these Terms concerning Life Vault authorizations and acknowledgments, claim review and release, retained claim evidence, limitations of role, liability allocation, disputes, and any rights or obligations that by their nature are intended to continue will survive termination or account closure to the extent necessary to give them effect, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, legal requirements, or the services we provide.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of these Terms. If the changes are material, we may also notify you through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

15. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or guidelines expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jillionaire360 regarding your use of the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it at a later time.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or operation of the Service without your consent.

Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to receive electronic communications from us relating to your account, your subscription, updates to the Service, and other notices required under these Terms. You agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
