Privacy Policy
Jillionaire360 is a registered fictitious name of Argentine Enthusiast LLC (“Jillionaire360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Jillionaire360 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you when you use the Jillionaire360 website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Jillionaire360 is a subscription-based financial management platform designed to help users organize and better understand their financial information in one place.
The Service allows users to securely connect eligible financial accounts through trusted third-party providers, including Plaid and, where available, SnapTrade, to access account information on a read-only basis. We do not access your online banking credentials, move money, execute transactions, provide investment management services, or hold customer funds.
Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information received from trusted third-party service providers, and certain technical information necessary to operate and secure the Service.
A. Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect:
- your name;
- email address;
- account credentials;
- profile preferences; and
- other information you choose to provide.
B. Financial Information
If you choose to connect your financial accounts, we receive financial information from trusted account aggregation providers such as Plaid and SnapTrade, depending on the institution you connect.
This information may include:
- account balances;
- account names and types;
- transaction history;
- holdings and investment information;
- liabilities;
- loan balances;
- interest rates;
- minimum payment information;
- due dates; and
- other financial information made available by your financial institution.
We do not receive or store your online banking usernames or passwords. Those credentials are securely handled by the applicable account connection provider.
C. Information You Enter
You may choose to enter additional information into the Service, including:
- budgets;
- bills;
- debts;
- recurring expenses;
- financial goals;
- savings targets;
- notes;
- Life Vault information;
- reports;
- uploaded documents; and
- any other financial information you voluntarily provide.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you choose to enter.
D. Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.
We do not store complete payment card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe provides us with limited information necessary to manage your subscription, such as:
- subscription status;
- payment confirmation;
- billing dates; and
- limited transaction information.
Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe’s own privacy practices.
E. AI Assistant Content
If you use the “Ask Jill” AI assistant, we collect the information you choose to submit, including questions, prompts, and any documents or files you upload to receive a response.
Your questions and uploaded files are processed solely to generate the response you request. Uploaded documents are stored only temporarily within our secure infrastructure while they are being processed and are automatically deleted after processing is complete. We do not retain uploaded documents after your request has been completed.
To generate responses, your questions and uploaded files are securely transmitted to Anthropic’s API. Under Anthropic’s commercial service terms, this content is processed only to generate your requested response, is not used to train Anthropic’s AI models, and is deleted from Anthropic’s systems within thirty (30) days.
Although we strive to provide helpful information, responses generated by the AI assistant are produced automatically using artificial intelligence and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.
F. Technical Information
We automatically collect limited technical information needed to operate, maintain, and secure the Service, including:
- authentication information;
- session information;
- device information;
- browser type;
- IP address;
- log information; and
- security-related diagnostic information.
This information helps us maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the Service.
G. Life Vault Claims and Verification
If a person requests access to a member’s Life Vault after the member’s death, we collect and process information necessary to receive, verify, review, document, and resolve the claim. This may include the claimant’s name and contact information, relationship to the member, claimed date and place of death, claimant attestations, proof of death, identity-verification results, verification and fraud indicators, review decisions, acknowledgments, delivery records, and related security and audit information. Identity verification may be performed by a third-party identity-verification provider. Jillionaire360 does not receive or store the government-identification images used by that provider unless otherwise disclosed.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for legitimate business purposes, including to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- securely connect your financial accounts through Plaid and SnapTrade;
- display your financial information and insights;
- generate financial calculations and reports;

- authenticate users and protect accounts;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Service;
- communicate with you about your account or subscription;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.
We also do not use your financial account information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Service Providers and Third-Party Processors
We use trusted third-party providers to help operate the Service. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform the services they provide to us and are contractually or legally required to protect that information.
Our primary service providers include:
- Plaid — provides secure read-only connections to eligible bank and financial accounts.
- SnapTrade — provides secure read-only connections to supported brokerage and investment accounts.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments.
- Supabase — provides database hosting and user authentication services.
- Vercel — hosts and delivers the Service.
- Anthropic — provides the artificial intelligence model used for the “Ask Jill” feature. Questions and uploaded documents submitted to the AI assistant are processed solely to generate the requested response. Uploaded documents are stored only temporarily during processing, are automatically deleted by Jillionaire360 once processing is complete, are not retained by Jillionaire360, are not used to train Anthropic’s AI models, and are deleted from Anthropic’s systems within thirty (30) days in accordance with Anthropic’s commercial service terms.
- Google Workspace — supports our internal business operations and communications.
Your use of Plaid, SnapTrade, Stripe, and other third-party services may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service.
5. How We Protect Your Information
Protecting your information is important to us. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Our security measures include, where appropriate:
- encryption of data transmitted between your device and our systems using Transport Layer Security (TLS);
- encryption of sensitive financial access tokens at rest;
- row-level security controls that help ensure users can access only their own information;
- least-privilege administrative access, meaning access is limited to those who require it to operate and maintain the Service;
- secure authentication through our identity provider; and
- ongoing monitoring and maintenance of our systems to help identify and address security issues.
Users may enable two-factor authentication through a TOTP authenticator app, and Jillionaire360 may require two-factor authentication for certain accounts or before public launch.
We regularly review and improve our security practices as the Service evolves.
Although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For that reason, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Life Vault Encryption
Life Vault files are encrypted before or as they are stored. Jillionaire360 uses an encrypted-with-controlled-decryption model: the Service retains a controlled technical ability to decrypt Life Vault information when necessary to provide the Service, permit a member to access their own information, review claim evidence, or complete an authorized post-death release. Decryption access is restricted and material decryption events are logged. Jillionaire360 does not describe Life Vault as a zero-knowledge service and does not represent that it is technically incapable of accessing vault contents.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests.
Connected Financial Accounts
You may disconnect a connected financial institution at any time through the Service. When you disconnect an account, we terminate the connection with the applicable account provider, such as Plaid or SnapTrade, and remove associated cached financial information from our active systems in accordance with our retention practices.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
When you delete your Jillionaire360 account, we delete or de-identify account information and Life Vault content that we no longer need, subject to limited exceptions. Deleting an account does not necessarily require us to delete information that we reasonably need to retain to comply with law, protect the security and integrity of the Service, prevent or investigate fraud or identity theft, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain necessary transaction or consent records, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where information is retained after account deletion for one of these purposes, we limit the retained information to what is reasonably necessary, restrict it from ordinary product use, apply appropriate security and access controls, and delete or de-identify it when the applicable retention purpose or legal requirement ends.
Depending on the information involved, deletion may include:
- your profile information;
- manually entered financial information;
- connected account information;
- AI assistant conversations;
- uploaded documents;
- Life Vault information;
- reports and financial insights; and
- other information associated with your account.
Some information may remain in secure backup systems for a limited period before being automatically overwritten in accordance with our backup retention schedules.
Life Vault Claim Evidence Retention
We retain claim-related information only for as long as reasonably necessary for verification, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement, legal compliance, and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. The retention period depends on the nature and status of the claim, including whether it involves suspected fraud, a dispute, security concerns, or a legal preservation requirement. We maintain internal retention schedules designed to preserve claim evidence only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Information subject to litigation, investigation, subpoena, court order, preservation obligations, or another legal hold may be retained for longer until the applicable hold or legal requirement ends.
We may retain only a verification result, record of review, or other limited evidence rather than the underlying source document where the source document is no longer reasonably necessary. Where an original document is itself relevant evidence of suspected fraud or a dispute, we may retain that document for the applicable evidentiary period. Claim evidence retained for these purposes is restricted from ordinary product use, access is limited to authorized purposes and logged, and it is not used for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Third-Party Providers
Certain information processed by our service providers, including Plaid, SnapTrade, Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, and Vercel, may remain subject to those providers’ own retention policies and legal obligations.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those providers for additional information regarding their data retention practices.
7. Your Privacy Rights

These rights may include the ability to:
- request access to the personal information we maintain about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;

Jillionaire360 is operated from the United States.
Your information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other countries where we or our trusted service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence.
When we transfer personal information internationally, we take reasonable steps to help ensure that your information remains appropriately protected through our contractual arrangements with service providers and other appropriate safeguards where required.

9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as soon as practicable.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information provided below.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, legal obligations, or the services we provide.
When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. If the changes are material, we may also provide additional notice through the Service, by email, or by other appropriate means where required by law.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
